First, sign into your Wild Doll account by clicking on "Quick Login" on the top right of the screen (and if you don't have a Wild Doll account yet - Create one!)
You should see the reward points on the "My Stuff" page, under the "My Reward Points" tab.
Upon checkout, on the "My Tote" page, the website will automatically recognize your reward points, and will offer you to use them.
If you do not use all your reward points, they will go back into your Wild Doll account to be used on future orders.
All reward points are valid for one year from the date issued and can't be use or combined with any other offers.(special promo codes).
Wild Doll cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package - You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees. If you refuse a shipment from Wild Doll, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Wild Doll.
This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos or additional spaces. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information (this often solves the issue). Please contact us if you tried the above but you're still having the same problem.
You will receive an email confirmation with your order details as soon as you place your order on the site. This email will be sent to the email address which you provided on your order. If for some reason you did not receive an email confirmation, please check your spam folder and add Info@WildDoll.com and Sales@Wilddoll.com to your safe sender list.
You can also check your order status by signing into your account.
If you would like to add items to an existing order, please place a new order for the item(s) which you'd like to add and contact us right away. We will be glad to refund the difference of the shipping and ship both orders together.
Please keep in mind that we ship items the same day when orders are placed before 4:30pm PST. Therefore, any changes need to be made before 4:30pm PST in the same day when your order is placed. (This does not include holidays and weekends)
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We process orders within 2-4 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will NOT be able to make any changes.
Your order will be processed and shipped on the same day it was placed, if it was placed before 4:30 pm PST. This applies to business days but excludes weekends and holidays. Orders may be delayed due to quality control or accounting reasons as well. This is very rare, and if it happens you will be notified right away.

To view your Free Cash balance, sign into your Wild Doll account and go to the "My Stuff" page. Then, click on the "My Free Cash" tab and you will see your Free Cash balance.
Upon checking out, you can choose to use your Free Cash. If you do not use the entire amount of your available Free Cash, the remainder will go back into your Wild Doll account and will be available to use for future purchases.

The maximum discount that you can get with "Free Cash" is up to 15% of the subtotal of your order.
When placing your order, please make sure that you use the billing address and contact information as it appears on your credit card statement. If your information does not match exactly what your credit card has on file, your order may get a status of "pending verification". which may require us to contact you directly and delay your order.
From the time you place your order to the time in which your order is shipped, we will send you emails to inform you of the status of your order.

We offer Free USP Ground Shipping to domestic customers ONLY (Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico excluded) on orders totaling over $100. Orders sent by Ground shipping usually arrive within 3-5 business days. (Weekends and Holidays Excluded).
P.O. BOX address will be shipped via USPS. Please note that Wild Doll is not responsible for any lost packages made by USPS.
International orders will be shipped via USPS International services. We offer different options, so please specify your preferred service upon checkout.
All applicable custom fees, taxes and duties are the responsibility of the customer.
Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of custom agents to release your package.
Please note that in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
We accept orders shipped to PO boxes. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via USPS Priority Mail service. Please note that Wild Doll its not responsible for any lost packages to any International P.O.BOX address.
Please note that all domestic orders are shipped only through UPS - so you can be 100% sure that your order will be delivered to you by the best carrier in the business.

UPS Ground: Orders shipped using UPS ground usually reach their destination within 3-5 business days (excluding weekend days and holidays).
UPS 3-Day Select: Orders shipped using UPS 3-Day Select reach their destination within 3 days or less in the continental USA.
UPS 2nd Day Air: Orders shipped using UPS 2nd Day Air reach their destination within 2 days or less in the continental USA.
